Digital Delivery & Access

Dianlu sells digital products. Unless a product page clearly states that a physical item is included, no physical shipping or customs process applies.

How delivery works

Complete checkout and pay through PayPal or Stripe.
We confirm the payment and prepare the files shown on the product page.
The order is delivered to the email address used at checkout, through the order page, or through the delivery method stated on the product page.

Most orders are delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Some products may take longer when personalization, file preparation or manual review is required. The expected timing is stated on the relevant product page.

Files and formats

Depending on the product, your order may include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PNG, SVG, MP4 files, a link to an online editing service, or another format listed on the product page. Please review the product description before ordering to confirm that you have the required software and that the format meets your needs.

No physical shipping

Digital products are not shipped by post or courier. Because there is no physical shipment, customs duties and physical delivery fees do not normally apply. Any taxes or payment-related charges shown at checkout are handled by the applicable payment or tax service.

If your order has not arrived

Check your spam or promotions folder, confirm that the email address on the order is correct, and review your account order page if available. If the order still cannot be accessed, contact dianlu0917@163.com or WhatsApp with the order number and the email address used at checkout.

Access problems and replacements

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, materially different from its description, or cannot be opened using the software listed on the product page, contact us. We will first try to repair or replace the file. If we cannot provide a usable replacement, the refund rules in our Terms of Service apply.

License and use

Delivery of a file does not transfer ownership of the design or source material. Products are supplied under the license described on the product page and in our Terms of Service.
