Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you access dianlu.store, place an order or use a digital product supplied by Dianlu. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure and for activity carried out through your account.

2. Products and licenses

Dianlu sells digital products unless a product page clearly states otherwise. The standard license permits the purchaser to use the product for personal and commercial projects, subject to the restrictions below.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the original files as standalone products.
• Upload the files to another marketplace, template store or file-sharing service.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original design or source material.
• Use the product in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

Additional restrictions or expanded permissions may be stated on a product page.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or product description error, a payment problem, or a legal or operational reason that prevents fulfillment. If an order is canceled after payment, the amount received for that order will be refunded.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is shown. Applicable taxes, VAT or payment-related charges may be added or collected at checkout where required. Currency conversion and bank fees may be applied by your payment provider.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. An order is prepared only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.

6. Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered using the method described on the product page. Most orders are delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation, but personalization, manual preparation, verification or technical issues may increase the delivery time. Physical shipping does not apply to digital products.

7. Refunds and replacements

Because digital products can be accessed immediately or prepared specifically for an order, refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong format, or failed to check software compatibility.

We will review a refund or replacement request when:

• Payment was made but the product was not delivered.
• A file is corrupted, incomplete or cannot be opened using the software listed on the product page.
• The delivered product is materially different from its description.
• A duplicate or accidental purchase was made and the product has not been accessed or used.

Where a problem can be solved by supplying a corrected file or replacement, we may offer that remedy first. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Personalization and third-party tools

If a product requires personalization information, you are responsible for providing accurate content and confirming spelling, dates and other details before approval. We are not responsible for errors that were approved by you. Some products may use third-party editing services, whose availability and terms are controlled by those providers.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or products for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on our systems.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, text, images, files and other content supplied by Dianlu remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants a license to use it as described; it does not transfer ownership.

11. Third-party services

The store may link to or rely on third-party services such as PayPal, Stripe, Google Analytics, hosting, email or online editing platforms. We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes or losses caused by services outside our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimers

Products and website content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every file will work with every device, software version, printer or jurisdiction, or that use of a product will produce a particular business, academic or personal result. Product descriptions and previews are provided so you can assess suitability before purchase.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dianlu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, laws or operations. The version published on this page applies to new orders after its effective date. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of dianlu.store, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your country or region. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
